Talk about discrimination!

Did you know this board won't accept you if you're older than 99? I was putting an avatar in & filled out the birthday section. Being female, I left the year blank & got that message,

OK OK......I'll change it to 110 but that's where I draw the line....Jeje

Did you know that the original meaning of the word "crone" was wise woman?
There used to be a "Crone" Magazine. I think it's the "Crone Chronicles" now.
Of course the Church didn't want anybody to be wise but the Church, so they changed the meaning of the word; much like they changed "villein" (a serf, or sharecropper) to mean villain, a bad person. Lizzy

I didn't either, until a girlfriend filled me in. I remember there was an equivalent term for wise old man, but I'll have to put out a search order to see if my brain can come up with it. Lizzy
