Pasta Trenta Italian which used to be on the Carretera in Ajijic across from Actinver Bank has moved/reopened in west Ajijic. The restaurant reopened lakeside just west of the Tuesday organic market. The location on Google is now correct. We enjoyed the friendly service, tasty pasta (including GF pasta options) and nice large patio they have in back. Fair prices on food and drinks still make this a worthwhile drive and visit. Recommend!

My wife and I ate there last week and heartily agree. It's a great addition to the dining scene in West Ajijic.
