Goshia's Hair

We had breakfast at Goshia's this morning.  In the middle of breakfast I found long black hair in my pancakes.  We reported to server and he took dish away.  We paid for meal and my wife questioned why we did not get apology. The waiter said, he reported to owner but they said nothing.  My wife said he/she must not care, the waiter said I think you are correct they do not care.  It was not my hair as I wore a cap and my hair is grey.  Wife was on other side of table and it was not her's.  We did not ask for meal adjustment but apology would have been nice.  Needless to say we will never eat there again.
