Needed rental. Urgent

My wife and I were just informed by our landlady, via voicemail, that she will be moving back to Chapala from Colima January 1st.  We live in Nuevo Chapala and have lived there for 4 years.  We love it.  We would love to stay in that fracc, but also love Chapala.  Looking for one level, 3 bedroom, 2 bath unfurnished home.  Or minimally furnished.  Long term.  Would consider as far east as Vista del Lago.  We are currently visiting my our family on Vancouver Island and will fly home November 16.  PM or reply here, URGENT !!!!!Thank you.
