TotalPlay internet out in Raquet Club - Anyone else? Empty TotalPlay internet out in Raquet Club - Anyone else?

Friend in the Raquet Club has lost TotalPlay internet for much of the day, and it continues. TP customer service says there are issues in "the area". Anyone else in the RC having issues?

Ilox seems to be having issues in the W. Ajijic area as well. I’m in Riberas and Total Play is ok here.

TotalPlay is finally back up at my friend's Raquet Club residence, if it matters. (Well, it's also back up if it doesn't matter.)

Apparently it was out nearly all the way to Las Fuentes in Joco. My friends who live out there experienced it as well. She was able to contact the Bot Chat for TotalPlay and received this info:

Ilox had been out since 4pm yesterday and is still out this morning in Ajijic Centro. They tell me they are working on it but give no estimate as to when it will be restored.
