Hotel Italo PIZZA
It only took me 15 years to try it after walking by the pizza window almost daily.
They are now on Traitte so I figured, WTH.
You can order small, medium or large. The large barely fit into what seemed to be the largest pizza box seen in these parts.
It arrived lukewarm, probably attributable to a slow Traitte retrieval (we are literally 4 blocks from Hotel Italo). The toppings of their Pizza Americana suited us...pepperoni, shrooms and sweet red peppers. They have a LOT of choices of toppings showing on Traitte.
It surprisingly came with a very good salad, and some garlic bread!
It was thin....very thin. The first night we did not reheat even though it needed it. I deemed the crust "too cracker-y."
I always reheat pizza on my well-seasoned gas grill (read: not all that clean), there's no other way to go with a pizza reheat...gives it a wood-fired taste.
On the subsequent reheats, the crust tasted a bit yeast-y (yea!!) and with the cheese actually heated, runny and gooey, it was actually a very tasty pie.
I would order again.
