Re: cream with arnica & hypericum
It appears to be a small company in Zapopan - they have a Facebook page (Pronathom) & WhatsApp. Why don't you message them as to how to order the product?
Alternatively, talk to the owner of the Vitamin & Supplement shop next to Superlake & have him order some for you, I am sure he would. He might be interested knowing more about it & carrying it. A natural topical analgesic would certainly sell around here.. I've used Boiron arnica gel I got from Target NOB, but haven't seen this combo. Looks interesting.

I contacted the company and they tell me that the doctor who prescribed it years ago is the only source. I contacted El Jardin De Liz (next to SuperLake) and they only carry the Boiron arnica cream. Not sure if the Hypericum does anything for my injury. This cream definitely has given my shoulder and knee pain relief.
Johns Wort be used topically?
St. John's wort has antibacterial properties and may also help fight inflammation. Applied topically (to the skin), it may relieve symptoms associated with minor wounds and skin irritation.

Re: cream with arnica & hypericum
seems you could take the Hypericum (st.Johns wort) orally, in combination with the arnica gel..might be more effective.

Re: cream with arnica & hypericum
PlanB- If you can't find that specific product, Traumeel, which is also a homeopathic cream (also available in gel) works great. Contains both arnica and hypericum, as well as several other herbal extracts. It's been my go-to for achy joints for years. Not hard to find, just Google.
Caligirl- internal ingestion of St. Johnswort is recommended for many things, but there are several contraindications, so anyone thinking of taking it internally should make sure to look those up.
