Trouble at the border

Mexico just arrested 5 more. No info as to whether the cartel handed them over, but sounds like they're cleaning house of those who take it upon themselves to do stuff without orders from the higher-ups, or they are just offering up dispensable fall guys.

Apparently not. According to the CNN article above, they had been driving around in Matamoros for 3 hours, nowhere near the clinic, before they were attacked. Could have been for entirely innocent reasons, but the plot thickens.
