I use Edge and have few problems. Like Matto, I usually have to log in once a month or so.
Re: Constantly having to log on
I'm with CBob on this. It's usually something to do with the users device/browser/cookies. My W11 PC never has a problem but my iPad and Android phone always have always asked. Just doing it more now than before and I haven't been able to figure it out yet. Work in progress.

There are options to check off when deleting your browser history. The user has control of that. You can set it to delete history without deleting cookies or the other way around.

Re: Constantly having to log on
I accessed three times today, had to log in each time. No idea why, nothing on my set up has changed as far as I know.

What browser are you using? Maybe we can find a pattern.

I also just had to log in again and I am also using Edge.... in Windows 10 and on an HP laptop if that helps.
For the record, IF you choose to tell the site NOT to tell you that you're not logged in, you can still read the entire site except for the Octagon BUT there will be no red flags for when there are new postings. Ni modo. As long as you know today's date, it doesn't take much time to skim through the dates on the right side.

Re: Constantly having to log on
Just came back and had to log in but that wasn’t surprising. My iPads did have an update this week so that may be the issue. How to fix it is the problem. And it only happens on this site.

But one can't Post if not logged in, no?

True but sometimes there are no new posts to respond to... and I had to log in again to post this reply... that's three times so far today.

Returned again & did not have to log in. Doesn’t seem to have any rhyme or reason with this issue. Strange.

Re: Constantly having to log on
I normally only log in for a short while, then log out again every time. But since everyone here's been saying it's been an issue, I decided to experiment. I haven't logged out since yesterday evening and haven't had to log in again.
On my android in Chrome.

Re: Constantly having to log on
I have reported these anomalies to the tech's that maintain the software for this forum. I haven't heard back anything yet.

Re: Constantly having to log on
The only time I have had to log in is after I have done something major, like installing a new Antivirus program. And When I am asked to go to the Inside-lakeside log in page, I go there, and all the data, you know my username password etc. are correctly filled out and I am asked to hit the log in logo at the bottom of the login request.
So even when I have to relog in which is very seldom, there is almost to work required. All I know is that your software treats me very very well. :) :)

It's obvious.......only the good people don't have to log in frequently.

Re: Constantly having to log on
Sigh. Okay CBob. Today, I was asked to log on InsideLakeside when I used EDGE with Windows 10. I did not log on. I then went to FIREFOX and was not asked to log on because I wasn't logged out. Go figure.

Re: Constantly having to log on
The techs never responded so it must be a mystery to them and I never have a problem so pretty hard to diagnose. I only use Edge.

Re: Constantly having to log on
On this IPad I have to log on each time. On my other IPad I don’t have to.
I won’t change my browser though on this device because it translates both Amazon Mexico and Amazon from Spanish to English. On the other IPad I can’t use either Amazon.
