If you can only use an ATT SIM card, how is that "unlocked"? As far as I'm aware, unlocked means you can put any SIM in it.

I bought it for AT&T. I have used them for years down here. It may work on other GSM carriers. I'll try and borrow an Android TelCel SIM and see if that works.
