You might ask at Viva Mexico in San Juan Cosala, they had something like that a few years back but I am not sure if they still have it on the menu.

I believe they have them at Bonanza (the old Maria Isabel) at the Ajijic pier. Also, while no longer on the menu, you can ask for one at Yves.
