Bought some at Farmacia Guadalajara and also from AMZN MEX but that was in June. Not sure who has what now.

Guadalajara Farmacia by San Antonio Hospital has them. 1 test 212 pesos. 
you can get a lab test in 30 minutes wait or email at Epsilon lab behind Dermica and real estate place lake side down a little alley way 200 pesos. They have a sign out by their walk way.
