Ilox down in Ajijic Centro

Just checked, down here too, 2 1/2 blocks west of Colon/Morelos. ILOX is a backup to our TotalPlay.

I'm almost ready to pull the trigger on TotalPlay. Have they been consistently better than Ilox?

Absolutely BETTER! And their wifi ability is so much better than iLox as well. Hope they don't screw up because it's gonna be a hell of a fall from the pedestal that I've got them on.

They do seem to go out pretty regularly.

Total Play sounds great IF you can get them to come to install.

Just checked, ILOX not working here either.

Waited all day for Total Play installers to show up. This was the SEVENTH day I wasted and they never came. I’m just going to wait for Telmex fiber optic to be installed in my area. I had the appointment for installation set a week ago. They showed up Sunday morning just as I was leaving and I couldn’t stick around. Then they didn’t appear as scheduled today.

They are super busy doing installation, call their 800 510 0510 number and complain they will send someone within 24 hours to install

No they won’t. I’ve also been dealing with Paulette Rodrigues on Facebook and they have wasted enough of my time. No more. Tired of their lies and frankly disrespect.

I'm also sorry to hear that. I also suggest the phone number rather than FB because ONLY head office can organize installations. They were even considerate of my nap time and provided me with a choice of morning only appointments. The guys arrived promptly on the day and at the time specified.
