Ilox down in Ajijic centro

I saw a fiber line was torn down on Constitucion. Probably going to be a while.

I just talked with the repair guys running a new line from around the LCS to where it was torn down on Constitucion. They said about two more hours.

Mine's back up.

My iLox down since 5 or so today (Tuesday). As usual, the green light is on, as is the PON, and the LOS is off, so the modem is reporting completely the opposite of what it should. I wouldn't mind except last month TelMex cut my backup speed in half. Looks like iLox is making the stupid rounds again. It hasn't been more than a couple of weeks since the last major screwup.

I contacted them and they say an auto accident is causing this outage. Apparently the repair guys are on the scene.

Yet the indicator lights are still completely useless. They really need to fix that setting.

My service went down a couple of hours ago. I emailed ILOX. Went for tacos. Came home, had an email that my service had been restored. Sure nuff, I am up and running again.

Yep I always contact them via that email address. They always promptly reply.

Ilox is giving me a “no signal” on my Samsung “smart” TV (Tuesday, Aug. 25, 11:06 p.m.). Anyone else getting a “no signal” ?

Mine is working fine in Ajijic Centro.

My internet went down again tonight. I filed a report to the e-mail address and they promptly called me to work through the problem. Don't know what it was but they did something to get it back. I have good experiences with them.

Thank you, CBob. I’ve been e-mailing various Ilox customer service personnel for the entire day but have had no resolution to my “no signal” dilemma. Should I try again and include my phone number this time—an option I didn’t know was available?

I didn't give them my phone number. I did give them my name and address so I guess they looked up my number. I only use one e-mail address. It is noc@mail.ilox.mx

My service dropped to 1 to 2 mbps here in Chula Vista for the second night ina row. Lasted about two hours then returned to normal.

Could they be throttling?
