EYE CLINIC
I usually put appointment notes on my calendar. However, I have "eye clinic at noon" that I wrote there for May 4th. Could anyone tell me what that's about? Yes, I feel dumb about asking.

Re: EYE CLINIC
It may be an appointment that you made at LCS? or at Dra. Claudia Camacho's office?
Or do you have to pick up new lenses somewhere?
Just trying to help to jog your memory. You could call the first two and ask if you have an appointment with them at that time on that date.
I now buy calendars with bigger squares for exactly this reason. A daytimer would give even more space. My mum used to write IN SHORTHAND on her calendar. Said she got more info in the squares. ;)

Re: EYE CLINIC
Gringal, your post reminds me of when I'm grocery shopping with a handwritten list--I am sometimes tempted to show it to fellow shoppers and ask, Can You Read What This Says???
I have Yahoo Mail and use their calendar reminder feature. It's especially helpful for weekly, monthly, annual items. as they don't have to be re-entered. Each reminder goes to your Yahoo Inbox (I'm sure all email providers have similar). I used a similar workplace scheduler so the habit has been with me a long time.

Nope. Don't have any appointments, which is why I was asking. It may be something the LCS is doing. I'll check.

BisbeeGal, I don't think I totally trust something that depends on the internet and a computer (or cell phone). Especially in Mexico. Same for phone numbers, addresses and e-mails. Mine are all backed up in that old fashioned invention called a paper telephone directory. YMMV.

Re: EYE CLINIC
I have been using Outlook Calendar since Windows first came out. It doesn't need an internet connection although it is available online from wherever I may sign in at.
Now the other day I did lose my 1/2 filled shopping cart in WalMart. Took me about 10 minutes to find where I left it.......lol.

LOL! It's even harder to find when someone else takes it accidentally.

That's what I thought happened but when I found it I remembered leaving it there. I actually went out front and got another buggy and started filling it again. I was about 1/2 way through when I discovered my lost buggy.

Anybody play the "List Game"? Write a list, put it in your pocket, go to the store and shop without the benefit of the list. Grand winner is remembering all the things on your list without having to backtrack into the store. Penalties only go to the store that didn't have a product on your list. Kinda win/win.

I'm a pen and paper gal, and yes, I keep phone numbers in an old school address book as well as in my contacts on my phone. I just recently downloaded a shopping list app to my phone, through, which I really like, and I can make separate lists for different stores, which is helpful.
I can say I've been guilty of pushing someone else's shopping cart around myself, until I go to put something else in it and realize those aren't my items in the cart.
