That's a strange question. Obviously it varies with the daily exchange rates. It even varies from minute to minute as the markets change.
I think you have to register with xe from the US or Canada and have an address there. No experience with Wise.

XE no longer could keep me as a customer, since I was no longer a resident of Canada.

Re: BBVA / Bancomer
I use Santander Bank as they usually offer the best exchange rates. You can check bank exchange rates on the internet. When I need money in Mexico, I simply call my bank in the USA and they wire it to Santander the same day. Only problem, no one in the Chapala Santander office speaks English. I also carry fraud insurance with the bank, already been paid once.

Use your VPN for a US or Canadian server if it does not like a Mexican server.

I've used Wise many times to transfer US $ to my Mexican bank account. The exchange rate is based on the current days rate, which right now is about 20.28 pesos to 1 US dollar.
I just received a notice today that they have lowered the fee for transferring US to MX. Transferring $2,500 will now cost 21.48 fee, which they said is 2.46 lower than it was. They subtract the fee from whatever amount you are transferring and then convert the remainder to pesos. I often receive it in my Mexican account within a few hours. Example:
2,500 US
- 21.48 fee
----------
2478.52 after fee
X 20.28
======
50, 264 that they transfer
That works out to a net rate of a little over 20.1. That is a better or at least as good of a rate than withdrawing with any debit card will get you and a whole lot easier.

The xe rate that is posted above by gatosigi is not the the exchange rate you get- it is the mid-market rate. Because I use the EFT transfer option, which does not entail any transfer fees (unlike Wise, which shows you the rate and then charges a transfer fee), the only way to know exactly what you will get in pesos at any given time is to sign in to one's xe account, initiate a trade (you are trading currencies) and see what exchange rate comes up. There is a countdown timer and the rate changes every minute, depending on what the money markets are doing.
You can initiate a trade, but you can cancel it if you don't like the rate.
That is why I couldn't tell you what rate they are giving today. I would have to sign into my account and fill out all the trade info to see that.
