BBVA App Empty BBVA App

Has anyone been able to find and instructions in English for the BBVA App ? My Spanish is not good, still learning, and the poor girl at the bank yesterday had about 30 people lined up so she could only assist me with registering on the app.

I thought Bancomer was closed due to the lockdown? The Joco branch was closed yesterday.

Anyway, the number I have for English speaking clients of Bancomer help is 01 800 228 2728. Not sure if that is current, but in the past they have been more helpful than the local branch. Good luck.
