Lilifher Deli--Take Away Sandwiches

Fast and always good. He has about 10 different sandwiches on a list on his back wall (street side). I recommend the Chorizo Salamanca Con Gouda, with a drizzle of olive oil on a baguette (though he will add/delete/substitute items/condiments as you request). We share 1 small for 85p, and it fills us up.

This is at his original deli on Colon, just south of Ajijic Plaza. Open Mon-Sat from 9 till 2 or 3. He brings in his fresh cinnamon rolls and baguettes around 10 daily. We buy all our Italian sausages there (they are frozen in large links) as well as our deli meats and cheese.

If you like chicken liver pate', his mixture is like butter. He keeps frozen wrapped slices which are handy as we can pull out of our freezer and thaw in 30 minutes in a bowl of water. Makes a nice base for a cold plate on these warm evenings with some fruit, crackers, olives, cheese, etc.

The best for sure. One of our regular shopping places. Best sub style sandwiches in town.

His west end shop has tables outside and is also very pleasant. Same food.

Please don't laugh but beef bologna is my favorite lunch meat. Does he have bologna subs? TIA.

Not on the menu but if he sells bologna he will make a sandwich for you.

Pancho’s just got in Oscar Mayer beef bologna.  Also mortadella as well as mortadella with pistachios.

I just finished a bologna sandwich and relived my childhood.

Where is the West End shop located?

I believe that it is right next to La Casa de Waffle.
