I really like Cocinart but was disappointed with Christmas dinner last year. I see they have a better offering this year.Last year the whipped potato's were terrible and the rest of the meal only so so.

I can vouch for their Chamorro and Chile en Nogada, have had both several times over many years.

Wonderful meal from Cocinart last night. Chile en Nogada and Chamorro.
Got take-away, very generous portions; we shared the Chile (came with double order of walnut cream sauce...so rich) with rice and guac.
Stashed the Chamorro in fridge for another meal, or two (we often get a meal plus leftovers for pulled pork sandwiches out of it.
