I had heard that they were putting in a new toll section that will cut off about 1 hour on the trip from Guad to PV. Is this true?

And if it's like the back way to GDL thru Joco, it will take them years to complete. We went that way to the new Costco yesterday, NEVER again, full of holes, trashed the car. What a way to leave a highway in disrepair!
