The max price changes every week and has been trending down for quite a while now. That 9.98 peso price per litre is good from March 26th until April 1st.

The municipality of Chapala and Jocotepec can be found around page 20 +/- a few pages of the downloadable document. It is best to ask for a specific number of litres for ease of calculation.
I think they had to come up with this because of those providers who were ripping people off. Always ask for the receipt with the number of litres delivered shown and only pay them according to your own correct calculations. Although I think this program has been in effect long enough for providers to have seen the light.

Has anyone been able to fill 10 lb or 20 lb containers at the propane facility opposite Scallion's lately? There was a rumour on TOB that the whole facility is closing down. Can anyone confirm or deny this rumour?
