That they didn't have any large citronella candles that could ship to MX. Anyone have any ideas where to find candles or torches that burn citronella?

Do citronella candles really work down here ? How do you place them ? So many in a square foot area ? I have never used them and don't know how they work. Gracias

Not claiming to be as n expert but since we have very small flying critters coming out of the grass - we place a small citronella candle at th err base of our patio table. Then we have one larger 5" candle on the table top. Pretty much takes care of the flying critters!
