Shore pirates

Those who have stolen federal shore property, are stealing and will steal have always done so with impunity. After all, the wealthy have friends in the federal Conagua in Guadalajara and municipal seats alike. Municipalities say only Conagua can act and Conagua practices benign neglect. Ordinary mexicans have always been kept too busy to feed families to stand up.

Anyone who sincerely wanted to act to correct the piracy simply needs to use Google maps and see the rectangular protrusions defiantly and blatantly protruding into the lake. The municipality COULD petition Conagua for right to enforce, but, hasn't through so many administrations.

Mexicans are finally standing up to the politicos who do nothing for them and only care about self interest!
