Looking for Tour Guide to Explore Ajijic, other towns, and apts

Hi, my wife and I are from Illinois.  We plan to visit the Lake Chapala area in December of this year.
We're looking for a private, local tour guide to pick us up at the Guadalajara airport, take us to Ajijic, check into a motel, and then spend 2 days touring some of the key towns along the lake.  We're especially looking for furnished houses or apartments we can rent month by month.
