New ATM limits?

I had to get new ATM cards after one was eaten by a machine (Multiva). I was without cards for a month and now when I go to the 2 locations that I always use (Multiva & Superlake), I cannot get the 15K pesos that I always did before at either location. I tried several different days. The machines were not out of money but said "over the limit" for both cards for 15K and 10K but would give 5K for each/both cards. My bank says that they have not changed my daily limits (verified twice, with different people, different days). I have not tried to do it 3 times in a row to get the 15K total nor do I really want to.
Is anyone aware of a daily limit change on the ATM machines?

Hey, I got 12,000p at the Scotia ATM with one transaction on Friday, and when I tried to get more in a second transaction, three times I was told my card was "not set up for use with this machine".

I know for a fact that machine is not limited to 12,000 in a day, and that my own Scotia daily limit is much higher than that.

I was informed at the bank 8000 pesos.

Which bank?
Max per day or attempt?

Multiva bank. Multiva ATM. Max withdrawal 8000 pesos. I don’t know if it per transaction or per 24 hour. Didn’t ask that.

we can only get 6000 pesos at Soriana,I believe it is the credit union we use. been doing it for 11 years now

I use Soriana ATMs. I get 9,000 pesos at a time to stay under my bank’s limit of 500 usd per day. Just did that yesterday. I don’t know what atm limit is since my bank does not allow me to take more.

Yesterday at the Superlake ATM (Multiva) I got 5K, 5 times in a row, for a total of 25K, all on the same card. I did not try for more. It would not give 8K per as was suggested.

Hmmm. Maybe each Multiva machine is set at a different limit. I haven’t tried the one at the bank for a while.
