I just got the oddest email saying Welcome Confirmation vaccine survey registration confirmed. Asked me all of the same information required to register, which I have already done and have confirmation. Then after putting in all of your personal information it asks you to take a survey. BE AWARE. I ain’t doing it !!

anybody else get this?
