Yes and absolutely on both.

And I know of many Lakeside people who put out $$ to help dogs, sometimes individual and sometimes specific, simply because they love dogs.

So, here's a little troll snack: The law doesn't allow you to euthanize any of your relatives if they are hopelessly injured or at death's door. jejeje
