Walmart and SuperLake both stock the brand that I favour.
Personally, I like the small block that I can crumble myself. Weighs about 200 g.
APETINA (white cheese Mediterranean style)(queso blanco estilo Mediterraneo)... blue and white package.
In the dairy case in front of the deli counter in Walmart.
Makes a kickass Greek Salad.

How large is the container from Costco? I prefer the small size of Apetina. It's not only the taste that has to be taken into consideration but, also, the size of your household and how often you use it.

The El Gallo goat cheese folks make a fresh feta cheese that will break your heart. They sell at the Tuesday Market.
