McCormick Mermeladas With Chiles
They've been around awhile (Walmart and El Torito), but I am finding more uses for them. They are not super hot, but cool combos with good flavor.
I sieve them for a smoother finish when I use as a sauce or marinade (grilled chicken or salmon). Also great inside a grilled ham and cheese (brie or smoked gouda makes a nice combo with black forest ham or smoked pavo).
My cupboard currently has these 3 (maybe there are more??).
Mango with Habanero
Pina with Pasilla
Frutos rojos with Morita

Re: McCormick Mermeladas With Chiles
Reminds me of a product I used to buy in the 90's in Canada called Peach and Pepper Blast. Sweet and heat mixed together. I used it in much the same as Bisbee Gal... it was also good with just a spoon ;)
I just went looking for recipes and spotted a photo which triggered my memory of how I also used it as a cheese spread. Place the Philadelphia cream cheese on a serving plate and spoon the peach (or whatever fruit) and pepper jam/jelly over it to puddle at the base. I recall it being more of a runny jelly than a jam. Also saw a recipe for pineapple/pepper jelly (since I haven't ever found really good peaches in Mexico).

Did you make it with Pectin? If so, what was your source?

McCormick makes a Manzana /Canela Mermalada which is one of the best jams I have ever tasted. It has been missing Lakeside for months but is back again.
