There is often a gluten free bread on the shelf at Superlake.
A lady at the Tuesday farmers' market also has gluten free breads. The new mall on the Libramento, back near the theater. Opens at 10 am.

The Tuesday Organic Tianguis is located towards the South end of Centro Laguna near the casino. Simply follow the crowd!

We’ve found these really great tasting (Asian) rice crackers, gluten free, at Walmart, just in case this might be interesting to you. Very Happy

Jim,

A friend sells gluten free home made stuff, including breads at the organic market on Tues. If she sends me her list this week I'll post it. This is last week's list:

This week I have the following GLUTEN FREE items availabe at the Organis Market:

Sowthwestern Lasagna
Chicken Curry (Butter Chicken)
Brownies
Carrot-Chai Tea Muffins
Cranberry Bread

The market is located at the Plaza Laguna and the hours are Tuesday from 10-12:30. And as a reminder the market has moved to the end of the mall next to the movie theatres. Hope to see you on Tuesday!
