My gardener

I told my gardener last week if he is sick to stay home. Well he must have misunderstood me because I haven't seen him since then yet he is still servicing some friends of mine everyday. I don't have a number for him and he is at my friends place very early in the morning so they rarely see him to ask why he isn't coming to my place. Communication failure........

Yes. Leave him be.

No he needs to come and tell me why he isn't coming by yet still servicing at least two people that I know. In the past when there were issues he sent one of his kids to tell me.

Yep, I know where to find him around 7am. I also have others he is working for that are going to hopefully pass a message along. We obviously misunderstood each other. My spanish and his english are about at a 3 year olds level.....lol.
