Feria de la Capirotada 2020

Mark your calender, March 28, 2020. The sixth annual Feria de la Capirotada will be held at the malecon of Ajijic 3 to 7pm.
This is a NON PROFIT event, where you get to taste many types of Capirotada.
What is Capirotada you ask, It's principal ingredient if dried and toasted bolillo, add spices, brown sugar (pilloncillo) cheese and other secret ingredients and you end up with a savory sweet dessert only made during lent. Last year we had 35 competitors, cash prizes for the 5 best.
