Best Real Estate Office Lakeside

Hi Guys,

I am curious to hear opinions about the best real estate office lakeside.
I have heard that Kevin Collins has been the top guy for a number of years.
Is Collins Real Estate still considered the best real estate office in lake chapala?

You might want to talk to Kevin Collins' son Conner. Conner is working at Kevin's office now. Conner seems like a nice guy. In fact, I work in real estate in another office and have a closing coming up in a couple weeks with Kevin and Conner, nwtconner.

Oh, boy, do I smell a rat.

There are only 2 real estate companies that are more than just local. Both Coldwell Banker and Century 21 have national and international connections.
A curious question to ask.

I find the post rather suspicious as well. However, I have had very good luck in the past with Kevin Collins, who used to work at Eager and Associates before he went out on his own, where he is doing very well.

We used Century 21 (listing agent) when we bought our place. No complaints what so ever. They took care of everything including changing the names on all our utilities, etc. Better service than in Canada.
