First time I saw that, I decided it got "lost in translation".

The building itself is an eyesore of the first order, IMHO.

I took these pics yesterday in front of the sewage treatment plant at the foot of Colon X of La Paz in SAT - just downhill from this new ugly project that isn't even occupied yet. It's nothing new, for as long as I can remember this has been occurring but this is the first time I've seen 2 manhole covers spewing shit. The stench was bad and both rivers of aqua negra were flowing directly into the lake at the malecon.

We got to keep the lake full :( Blackeye

Sadly this has been going on for way to long. I was hoping that it had stopped. I am sad but not surprised to learn that it is still going on
