With watersoluble vitamins how do injections work? Wouldn't most of it quickly get flushed out of your system?

I think the gain in the play with injections is that it's a intramuscular shot so would enter the blood stream faster and more directly than having to go through the GI tract and be subject to gastric acids before absorption into the blood stream.

You take your B12 SL, do you buy the injections and spray under your tongue or do you somehow buy liquid B12?

TR...yes, I too ordered on the same date but the tracking shows it should be in Chapala by now...Will go to the post office Mon to check out. Quite often they "sit" on pkgs until you go looking for them..grrr.

another endorsement for iHerb.. very reliable & good brands.. a friend who takes a lot of vitamins ran out of the iHerb supplement & got replacement @ Costco but it was inferior, symptoms or whatever returned until he got his iHerb brand...

I have used sublingual vit B complex for a few years & it hits the bloodstream pretty fast.. bright yellow pee in 30-40 minutes.. B complex goes right thru you.. I have given people those Vit B injections since I am RN... it is so viscous (thick) so has to be given in gluteus butt muscle.. where sciatic nerve, large blood vessels are. Reserve that land mass for gamma globulin or antibiotic.. jaja razberry

I had a similar experience with GNC vitamin c when I ran out of my NOB brand.
