I Googled "Ajijic Car Wash Centro Laguna Mall" and lo and behold the answer was there. Address: Carretera Chapala-Jocotepec esq. Libramiento (209,99 km, San Antonio Tlayacapan, 45922 Jal.

Thanks. I messaged a security guard there and he told me 7. So I went in and had my car washed. The sign at the car wash does say 6:30.
