Immigration QQuestion
Does anyone know if you are going from an FM3 to an FM2, can you do that before the ex. date (before 30 days before your ex. date), or do you need to wait until your renewal time. Let me know if you are sure of the information. Gracias

Re: Immigration QQuestion
Everyone tells me you can change at any time .... but, in a few months they will merge into the same document.
It has been suggested that changing now will let you apply for inmigrado next year.
I'm going to check with our local immigration next week

Yes, change at any time but as they will be merged soon, it might be a waste of money as you´ll lose the remaining FM3 time and pay more for an FM2.

Are you saying that an FM 2 will cost more than an FM 3?

Re: Immigration QQuestion
It certainly used to. Heaven only knows what the new categories will cost. I'm just glad we're finished with that stuff...I hope.
