True. 19 bags containing human body parts found in drainage ditch in Ixtlahuacan de los membrillos. 3 cartels at war with each other.

The US sends its 18 yo boys to Afghanistan and they all come back with PTSD. They should recruit some of these bad hombres to take their place. It would be a win-win situation for both countries.
