Flooding on toll road between Mazatlan and Tepic this afternoon. All of Mazatlan was flooding, here the water was 1 to 2 feet deep in some places.

Drove it today also. When we went through, the military was there to direct traffic. Can't see how a sedan could get through it. Several rock and mudslides along the way also.
