Emission smog test. Are they on hold?

The reporter said the Emission tests are suspended until July for some type of revision. Does anybody know if the place in Chapala is still doing the emission testing? Ours is due this month.

The police could care less but the Transito's might. Either way I have never had any of my vehicle's tested and have yet to have a problem.
