When are the test dates? If plate ends in 9 is it done in Sept or Oct?

Mine ends in an 8 and is done in September. So I would imagine that ending in a 9 would be done in October.

Yes I do my car with a Jalisco plate ending in nine every October.

Zero is noviembre, so 9 is octubre.
