Don't be mislead there are an abundance of Mexican food that is authentic,

In a twenty mile radius of my house there are restaurants that make munudo, atole, homemade corn and flour tortillas, agua frescos, flan, fresh baked conchhillos, cabrito, cerviche albondagos soup, pollo sopa, mole, tres leche cake.

I could go on..

The economic refugees and the rest of the Mexicans have become quite wealthy catering to Mexicans and Americans.
