temporal expiring March 10 / when can I apply for permanente

how far in advance of the expiration of my temporal can I apply for my permanente?

thanks for your response ... However, I hope there will be a couple of others will respond. For years and years, it has been 30 days before expiration that you could apply.

Not when you're going for permanente it hasn't.

Ferret is correct. Temporal is 30 days but Temporal to Permanent is much less. I believe it may be 10 days but someone who has done it more recently than me or maybe Spencer can advise.

so now I know that I can't start the process until March. Thanks.

You can get a letter to get out ... but it's a pain. I have something things to get done NOB .... before March!

They processed my permanente 5 years ago in about 3 weeks. They are not that slow now.
