It is a little past time for my 3 years Colonoscopy.

I have signed up with Seguro Popular.

Can I just call to schedule one or how do I handle?
Anybody here ever had one done locally?

Locally? That is a bad idea, as there is no hospital surgical unit prepared to save you in the event of an accidental perforation. Be sure to have it done in a Guadalajara hospital.
You may not be able to get it done, at your request, by SP.
I would suggest that you consult with Dr. Hector Valenzuela at Quality Care.
