Looking for sleeping pill or sleep aid

Tried valerian but not dependable enough for me and it smells like manure.

Many people Lakeside take cannabis edibles for insomnia. My mother, 85 years, in an assisted living facility in Canada has had a cannabis medical permit for a few years. She never used it because of so many years telling us kids NOT to use it. She recently began suffering from insomnia, a family friend brought her some "space cookies" - she took one quarter, slept long and well, no problems since. Locally, a friend who takes very good care of herself, had insomnia for many years. Same story, one quarter "space brownie", and no problems ever since. Interesting that Canada foresees a great export opportunity to export medical grade cannabis to Mexico and many other cou ntries because of its consistent quality and advanced testing. Kind of puts a whole new light on NAFTA negotiations!

Who knew? so many people w Lakeside insomnia! One thing that really works: Exercise. Walk Ajijic to Riberas, then complain.. don't think so. Volunteer @ one of the dog ranches or one of the thrifts.. Whatever it takes.. get OUT of your car. Srsly. Your body produces neurochemicals that prevent depression when u move it.. Green butter works if you ruminate a lot, usually the 'can't sleep' issue.. Find a potpourri crock pot, pour a blend of olive & coconut oil in & bit o' bud. Let it steep for a week. Try a spoonful & see. Less is more. Not California or Colorado grade, but sure, bring on a new NAFTA agreement w Canada's best entrepreneurs..

I'm not disagreeing with you about the benefits of exercise, but sometimes that's not an option due to structural or other health issues.

I am hoping Kiri comes through with the source of her natural sleep aid.

Exercise is not the solution for all depression and insomnia. It is a lot more complicated than that.
