Where to go for "el pajarete"?
I'm looking for a location near Ajijic I can go on an early week-day morning for "pajarera". (I hope the word is correct -- a drink made with fresh cow's milk, chocolate, sugar and liquor prepared in dairy barns during milking time.)

There's one in San Antonio on La Paz, maybe a half mile east of the plaza on the lake side. Pajarete: Breakfast of Champions!
I didn't know it was created in Jalisco until I saw the article below. There's even a short embedded video of the milk going straight from the teet into the glass.
México Desconocido - Pajarete

Teet?, why not a tit for a tat, or even a teat?

This must be why I came in second at my 8th grade spelling bee. They wouldn't accept my "alternative spelling".

There seems to be so much of that "alternative spelling" going around, that there is now an entire generation of people who cannot spell, use grammar, and are unable to write understandable text.
"People that", is one of the most common grammatical errors. It is "People who", and "Things that"., for example.
Then there are:
Cite, Site and Sight
You're or Your
There or Their
Border or Boarder
Pero vs Perro
Caro vs Carro
etc.
Now for more coffee.........
