Mercado de Abastos

Does anyone know if there is a map of the Mercado showing where the different categories are.

I think I have seen a rough map and found links to a directory of sorts but the links I found now don’t work. Natasha from TOB gave a pretty good description of where some things are.

Somewhere I have seen a diagram with what you are looking for, I'd like to see it again too. Maybe Wendee  and Marie had it as they used to do bus tours there. I will ask Wendee. . .

I asked Adriana from Granero and she said she doesn't have such a map and doesn't think one exists. . .

Would there be a board near the entrance like the malls have showing locations?  If so, you could phone photo it.
Just a thought as I haven't been there in years but don't ever remember seeing a map.

Wendee said she made such map but she no longer has the file. Pretty sure I have it on my old computer -which has been laid to rest in the closet. Can't find it with Google maybe someone else can.

Never seen a board either. Maybe the vendors and their locations are so fluid and ever-changing that it would be ridiculous.

I do not think it is fluid , it seems to be organized by section but may be I am wrong..I only went there 2 or 3 times and lost interest so I never really figured it out.

Hey Bob, just wander around. Meat, fish, veggies, spices, nuts, lots and lots of confectionery junk, plastic wear, household items.

I just enjoy the experience. Reminds me of the Ontario Food Terminal in Toronto.
