Looking for information about this process that involves the purchase of a beachfront property in Nayarit. Can anyone recommend an attorney or notario who can review the documents I have and consult prior to closing of the real estate property? Or if anyone has first hand recent information about the legal ramifications of a concession, a pm would be appreciated. (I am in a time crunch.)

You, as the buyer, have the right to choose the closing notario. You should definitely do that, and consult with him about all of the details long before closing. If anything is in doubt, do not close.
I think a federal concession is just for use, not ownership. I do not know if it can be transferred, etc. I would not buy anything built on someone else‘s concession, as it could easily be lost without compensation.
Be very, very careful, and do not be rushed....no matter what.

Try Sergio Santana in Bucerias. Most anyone would know where his office is located. He is a stickler for details and went over our closing documents on the property in San Pancho. Suerte!
