People die of natural causes and bleed.
Doctors have to sign off on the COD. If the COD was not due to natural causes then an investigation is done.
Perhaps there's nothing on the forums because there's nothing.

I would think that the doctor had to sign off on it .. so be it.. Some people just have too much time on their hands..There are lots of rumors around there and most of them are just rumors..

Funeral homes will not remove a body without a signed death certificate. Unless son dragged the body out and buried it in the garden the death was “turned in.” This is simply baseless rumor mongering at its worse.
