would just like to get some feedback on anyone's experience in using Mr. Millan for a house architectural drawing/plans and/or construction ....

What worked, what did not, would you use him again, etc.
Recommendations for someone likely to use him.

Which is strange because I thought he was the "go to" guy for most of the higher end stuff around here. I do have some friend's that used him for a high end, very large addition to their property. I will ask them.

I used Roberto Millan last year for major work on the large patio in front of my porch, as well as the walkway up from my gate. His work was excellent, on time, and well done. I also have another friend who used him, and recommended him, and was equally happy.

If youwant info on costs please PM me, and you are welcome to come and have a look.
